Initial Interview:  We make an appointment to meet you at your home and be introduced to your pets at least 7 days in advance of your trip.  During that time, you review the normal home and pet care routine with us while we take notes.  We take care of the required paper work and address any questions that either of us have.  This interview is at no cost to you and there is no obligation. 

Types of Pets:  We care for dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, birds, rodents, and reptiles.

Home Visits:  Each visit is a minimum of 30 minutes.  All pets receive fresh water and food.  Cat litter boxes are scooped daily.  Dogs are either let outside in your fenced back yard or walked, whichever you request.  Accidental pet messes are promptly cleaned up.

Brushing/grooming is gladly provided.  Playtime is a must.  Love and personal attention are guaranteed!

At each visit, mail, packages, and newspapers are brought  in.  Lights and curtains are alternated so it appears that you are home.  Trash is set out on pick-up day.

With your permission, we keep a radio on low volume with soothing music.  We find that all animals respond well to this and it relaxes them.

Plant Watering:  Watering your indoor plants as required is included.  However, if there is a large number of outdoor plants that need care, this can be time consuming and may incur extra charges.  We can discuss this during our initial interview.

Daily Diary:  We recap the activities of each visit into a diary.  This is either left with you during the last visit or is emailed to you.  It not only keeps you informed, but it also serves as a permanent journal of memories of your pets.

And Here's the Best Part:  At the end of your trip, your pets are there to welcome you home!  And you can see how happy and well cared-for they have been while you were away.
