If distance to your home is up to 10 miles, the following rates apply:

One Pet:
One visit per day: ..........................$18
Two visits per day: ........................$15/visit
Three visits per day: ......................$12/visit

Over 10 up to 15 miles:.......... add $2/visit
Over 15 miles:....................... add $3/visit

    Each addt'l dog or cat:........ add $2/visit
    Over 4 cats:........................ add $1 ea./visit

Other animals are quoted based on the amount of time they require. 

Administer medications/insulin injections only:
One visit per day: ............................$12
Two visits per day: ..........................$9/visit

The following conditions may incur additional charges, as they usually require extended time beyond the 30 minute visit.  This will be discussed during our initial interview:

*  If you have a large number of dogs that need care, i.e. a kennel;

*  If cages, kennels and the like need to be cleaned;

*  If a large number of outdoor plants need watering.  (Please provide easy access to water.)

If a key is not provided during our initial interview, the cost for key pick up, drop off, or to have the key mailed back to you, is $12.

Holidays:

On Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Day, there is a Holiday surcharge of $5.00.  The remaining holidays are billed at the normal rate as quoted during our initial interview.

Medical Attention and Emergencies:

*  There is no additional cost for administering pills or insulin injections during a pet sitting assignment.  However, a visit for the sole purpose of administering medications is $12 for one visit/day, $9/visit for 2 visits/day.

*  Administering sub-Q fluids is billed for an additional $3 or more, depending on the time required.

Although we are trained in pet first-aid and emergency, there may be times when a pet requires a trip to your veterinarian.  Or a trip to the grocery store needs to be made for pet food or cleaning supplies.

Extra time spent managing emergency or cleanup regarding pets or home (trips to the vet, trips for groceries or supplies, cleaning up excessive pet messes) is billed at $35 per hour plus mileage.
